The Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) Regulations 1988^f1, the Banking Act (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations 1989^f2, the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations 1990^f3, the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1990^f4, the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1990^f5, the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations 1991^f6 and the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1991^f7, are hereby revoked.
