# The Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) Regulations 1997, Paragraph 20: MARKETING OF SERVICES


Participating Societies will remind members and customers from time to time and at least once every three years of their right to give instructions at any time that they do not wish to receive marketing material.
