# The Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Transactions) Regulations 1997, Paragraph 29: GENERAL


Advertisers of interest bearing deposits must take special care to ensure that members of the general public are fully aware of the nature of any commitment into which they may enter as a result of responding to an advertisement.
