# Banking Act 1987 (repealed), Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In the definition of “bank” in section 67(4) of the British Telecommunications Act 1981 for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted—
(b)“an institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987;”.
