# Banking Act 1987 (repealed), Paragraph 15

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In the definition of “deposit-taking institution” in section 147(1) of the County Courts Act 1984 for the words “the Banking Act 1979” there shall be substituted the words “ the Banking Act 1987 ”.
