# Banking Act 1987 (repealed), Paragraph 22

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In the definition of “bank” in section 106(1) of the Housing Associations Act 1985 for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—
(a)“an institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987, or”.
