# Banking Act 1987 (repealed), Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 35(2) of the Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980 for paragraph (e) there shall be substituted—
“(e) an institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987;”
and paragraph (f) shall be omitted.
