# The Banking Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2009.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Banking Act 2009;
“the court” means the court of directors of the Bank of England.
