# Banking Act 2009, Section 126: Fees


After section 414(8) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (fees orders) insert—
“(8A) This section applies in relation to Part 2 of the Banking Act 2009 (bank insolvency) as in relation to Parts I to VII of this Act.”
