# Banking Act 2009, Section 258: “Enactment”


In this Act “enactment” includes—
(a) subordinate legislation,
(b) an Act of the Scottish Parliament and an instrument under an Act of the Scottish Parliament, and
(c) Northern Ireland legislation.
