  "text": "(1) This section applies to—\n(za) mandatory reduction instruments,\n(a) share transfer orders,\n(b) share transfer instruments, ...\n(c) property transfer instruments, ...\n(d) resolution instruments, and\n(e) third-country instruments.\n(2) An order or instrument may include provision for disputes to be determined in a specified manner.\n(3) Provision by virtue of subsection (2) may, in particular—\n(a) confer jurisdiction on a court or tribunal;\n(b) confer discretion on a specified person.",
