# The Banking Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 1st April 1993
Laid before Parliament 5th April 1993
Coming into force 30th April 1993
The Treasury, in exercise of powers conferred on them by section 30(3) of the Banking Act 1987 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals under section 8(2) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby make the following Regulations:
