  "text": "BANKS AND BANKING\nMade 23rd July 1987\nLaid before Parliament 24th July 1987\nComing into force 1st October 1987\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 30(3) of the Banking Act 1987 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby make the following Regulations:",
