# The Banking Appeal Tribunal Regulations 1987, Regulation 3: Application of Regulations


These Regulations apply to appeals under Part I of the Act, other than appeals where the institution concerned (a) is a company registered in Scotland or (b) has its principal or prospective principal place of business in the United Kingdom in Scotland.
