  "text": "In the case of an appeal against a decision of the Bank (or any finding relating thereto) to refuse to grant authorisation—\n(a) a copy of the application for authorisation submitted under section 8 of the Act, together with a copy of the statement required by section 8(2)(b)(i) thereof to accompany the application and copies of any information and documents required by the Bank under section 8(2)(b)(ii) thereof,\n(b) a copy of any information and documents submitted under section 8(3) thereof,\n(c) a copy of any report provided under section 8(5) thereof,\n(d) a copy of any notice served by the Bank under section 10(2) or 10(3) thereof,\n(e) a copy of any written representations made in accordance with section 10(4) thereof, and\n(f) a copy of any notice served under section 10(5) thereof.",
