  "text": "In the case of an appeal against a decision of the Bank to give a direction—\n(a) a copy of any notice served under section 20(1) or 20(3) of the Act,\n(b) a copy of any written representations made in accordance with section 20(4) thereof, and\n(c) a copy of any notice served under section 20(2)(b) thereof.",
