# Banking (Special Provisions) Act 2008, Paragraph 3


(1) An order under section 3 may make provision for discontinuing the listing of securities issued by the relevant deposit-taker (whether or not the securities have been transferred by such an order).
(2) In this paragraph “listing” has the meaning given by section 74(5) of FSMA 2000.
