  "heading": "Timing for making a bankruptcy restrictions order",
  "text": "(1) AiB must make, or apply to the sheriff for, any bankruptcy restrictions order within the period which begins with the date of sequestration and ends with the date on which the debtor's discharge becomes effective.\n(2) But subsection (1) is subject to subsection (3).\n(3) After the end of the period referred to in subsection (1), AiB may—\n(a) make a bankruptcy restrictions order, or\n(b) make an application for a bankruptcy restrictions order,\nwith the permission of the sheriff.",
