  "text": "(1) This section and sections 225, 226, 228 to 230 and 238 come into force on the day after Royal Assent.\n(2) The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.\n(3) Different days may, under subsection (2), be appointed for different purposes and for different provisions.",
