# Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016, Section 76: Commissioners


In any sequestration where AiB is not the trustee there may be elected, in accordance with section 77, commissioners, whose general functions are—
(a) to supervise the intromissions of the trustee in the sequestration with the sequestrated estate, and
(b) to advise the trustee.
