# The Barking Barrage Order 1995, Article 19: Survey of tidal works


The Port Authority may at any time order a survey and examination of a tidal work constructed by the Borough, or of the site upon which it is proposed to construct the tidal work, and any expenditure incurred by the Port Authority in any such survey and examination shall be recoverable from the Borough.
