# The Barking Barrage Order 1995, Article 46: Provision for charitable or other bodies


The Borough may at its discretion remit or reduce any charge shown in the list referred to in article 45 in respect of any houseboat or other vessel used for charitable purposes or for purposes which the Borough considers merit remission or reduction of the charge.
