Article 64 Powers of the River Authority

Except as otherwise provided by this Order, nothing in this Order shall prejudice or affect in their application to the River Authority the powers, rights, jurisdictions and obligations conferred, arising or imposed under the Land Drainage Act 1991, the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975, the Water Resources Act 1991 or any other enactment, byelaw or regulation relating to the River Authority.
