Article 78 Obstructing execution of Order

A person who intentionally obstructs any person acting in the execution of this Order or without reasonable excuse pulls up any peg or stake driven into the ground for the purposes of setting out the line, level or site of any works authorised by this Order or otherwise intentionally or recklessly interferes with equipment or materials used in the construction of those works, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
