  "text": "(1) The Forum may at any time appoint–\n(a) up to 5 additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of the staff of the zone schools;\n(b) up to 5 additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of parents of children of compulsory school age residing in the area served by the zone schools;\n(c) either one or two additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of community organisations in the area served by the zone schools; and\n(d) either one or two additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of businesses in the area served by the zone schools;\n(e) one additional member who at the time of his appointment is employed by the Forum.\n(2) A member appointed under paragraph (1)(e) shall cease to hold office if he ceases to be employed by the Forum.",
