  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”).\nPart 1 of Schedule 2 the Regulations is updated to include waters which have been identified by the Secretary of State as bathing waters in England, to omit those waters which are no longer identified as bathing waters and to amend the names of certain bathing waters.\nNo impact assessment has been prepared in relation to these Regulations as no impact on business or the voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
