  "text": "In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in England) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013—\n(a) for “Burnham Jetty”, substitute “Burnham Jetty North”;\n(b) for “Hastings”, substitute “Hastings Pelham Beach”;\n(c) for “Mounts Bay Heliport”, substitute “Mounts Bay Long Rock”;\n(d) in the appropriate places, insert—\n(i) “West Runton”;\n(ii) “Windermere, Rayrigg Meadow”;\n(e) omit the following—\n(i) “Lyme Regis Church Cliff Beach”;\n(ii) “Newhaven”;\n(iii) “Rock”;\n(iv) “Staithes”.",
