  "text": "(1) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (surface waters in England) is amended as follows.\n(2) For the following entries, substitute as follows—\n(a) for “Carbis Bay Station Beach”, substitute “Carbis Bay”;\n(b) for “Crinnis”, substitute “Crinnis Beach”;\n(c) for “Fistral”, substitute “Fistral North”;\n(d) for “Par”, substitute “Par Sands”;\n(e) for “Porthleven West”, substitute “Porthleven Sands”;\n(f) for “Readymoney”, substitute “Readymoney Cove”;\n(g) for “Shorthorn”, substitute “Shorthorn Beach”.\n(3) In the appropriate places, insert—\n(a) “Booby’s Bay”;\n(b) “Bournemouth Manor Steps”;\n(c) “Crooklets”;\n(d) “Fistral South”;\n(e) “Godrevy Towans”;\n(f) “Gwithian Towans”;\n(g) “Gwynver”;\n(h) “Hayle Towans”;\n(i) “Long Rock”;\n(j) “Marazion”;\n(k) “Mexico Towans”;\n(l) “Northcott Mouth”;\n(m) “Penzance”;\n(n) “Perranporth”;\n(o) “Porthkidney Sands”;\n(p) “Sandymouth”;\n(q) “Sharrow”;\n(r) “Summerleaze”;\n(s) “Tregonhawke”;\n(t) “Upton Towans”;\n(u) “Vault Beach”;\n(v) “Wherry Town”.\n(4) Omit the following entries—\n(a) “Bude Crooklets”;\n(b) “Bude Sandy Mouth”;\n(c) “Bude Summerleaze”;\n(d) “Carbis Bay Porth Kidney Sands”;\n(e) “Gorran Haven (Vault)”;\n(f) “Instow”;\n(g) “Mounts Bay Long Rock”;\n(h) “Mounts Bay Marazion”;\n(i) “Mounts Bay Penzance”;\n(j) “Mounts Bay Wherry Town”;\n(k) “Perranporth Village End”;\n(l) “Silloth”;\n(m) “The Towans (Godrevy)”;\n(n) “The Towans (Hayle)”;\n(o) “Whitsand Bay (Sharrow)”.",
