# The Bathing Water (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2018, Regulation 2: Amendment to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013


(1) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (surface waters in England) is amended as follows.
(2) For the following entries, substitute as follows—
(a) for “Carbis Bay Station Beach”, substitute “Carbis Bay”;
(b) for “Crinnis”, substitute “Crinnis Beach”;
(c) for “Fistral”, substitute “Fistral North”;
(d) for “Par”, substitute “Par Sands”;
(e) for “Porthleven West”, substitute “Porthleven Sands”;
(f) for “Readymoney”, substitute “Readymoney Cove”;
(g) for “Shorthorn”, substitute “Shorthorn Beach”.
(3) In the appropriate places, insert—
(a) “Booby’s Bay”;
(b) “Bournemouth Manor Steps”;
(c) “Crooklets”;
(d) “Fistral South”;
(e) “Godrevy Towans”;
(f) “Gwithian Towans”;
(g) “Gwynver”;
(h) “Hayle Towans”;
(i) “Long Rock”;
(j) “Marazion”;
(k) “Mexico Towans”;
(l) “Northcott Mouth”;
(m) “Penzance”;
(n) “Perranporth”;
(o) “Porthkidney Sands”;

(4) Omit the following entries—
