  "text": "Water Resources, Wales\nMade 21 April 2014\nLaid before the National Assembly for Wales 24 April 2014\nComing into force 15 May 2014\nThe Welsh Ministers are designated in relation to measures relating to water resources for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 .\nThe Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section of that Act.\nThe Welsh Ministers have chosen to consult in relation to regulation 6 of the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”) .",
