Coming into force 1 May 2017

The Welsh Ministers are designated^f1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972^f2 in relation to measures relating to water resources and make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section.

The Welsh Ministers have consulted in relation to regulation 6 of the Bathing Water Regulations 2013^f3.
