# The Bathing Water Regulations 2013, Regulation 11: Classification


(1) On the basis of each assessment made under regulation 10, the appropriate agency must classify every bathing water as “poor”, “sufficient”, “good” or “excellent” in accordance with Schedule 5.
(2) The first classification of bathing waters under this regulation must be completed at the end of the bathing water season in 2015.
