  "text": "(1) Following the end of the latest bathing season that applies in England or Wales (as the case may be) in each year, the appropriate Minister must prepare and publish a report on the bathing season or seasons for that year.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) A report must—\n(a) be published in such manner as the appropriate Minister considers appropriate;\n(b) contain the following information for a bathing water—\n(i) the results of monitoring carried out under regulation 8;\n(ii) the reasons for any suspension of the monitoring calendar notified by the appropriate agency under regulation 8(6);\n(iii) the results of bathing water quality assessments carried out under regulation 10;\n(iv) a description of any significant management measures taken.",
