  "text": "THE TRUSTEES TO HAVE POWER TO ACQUIRE FURTHER SHARES IN OR SECURITIES OF BPL\nThe Trustees shall have power to apply for and take up any shares in or securities of BPL and to purchase or acquire on such terms as the Trustees think fit or receive as gifts upon terms consistent with the promotion of the main purpose of the trust as set out in Clause 2 of this Deed any such shares or securities from any existing holder.",
