  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may—\n(a) acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate it or as is incidental to it; and\n(b) use any land so acquired for the purposes authorised by this Order or for any other purposes in connection with or ancillary to the authorised development.\n(2) This article is subject to article 26 (time limit for exercise of authority to acquire land compulsorily), article 27 (compulsory acquisition of rights and imposition of restrictive covenants), article 28 (private rights), article 30 (acquisition of subsoil only), article 32 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development), article 39 (crown rights) and Schedule 11 (protective provisions).",
