  "text": "(1) Schedule 9 (animals and plants to which section 14 applies) to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Part 1A (native animals), before the entry for “Capercaillie” insert—\n“\nBeaver, Eurasian\nCastor fiber\n”.\n(3) In Part 1B (animals no longer normally present), omit—\n“\nBeaver, Eurasian\nCastor fiber\n”.",
