  "text": "Education, England\nMade 25th March 2008\nLaid before Parliament 2nd April 2008\nComing into force 30th April 2008\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”).\nThis Order is made with the consent of the further education corporation known as Stockton Riverside College (“Stockton College”). It is made for the purpose of giving effect to a proposal for the dissolution of the further education corporation known as Bede Sixth Form College, Billingham (“the corporation”) made by the Learning and Skills Council for England. The Secretary of State has consulted the corporation.",
