Section XXXIII What shall create Incapacity of being a Commissioner.

And in case of Descent Guift Devise or Purchase of any such Part Share or Interest to or by any of the said Comissioners It is hereby declared and enacted That imediately after such Descent Guift Devise or Purchase to or by any such Comissioner X1the said Descent Guift Devise, or Purchase shall bee an Avoydance of his being a Comissioner, and shall make him bee incapable of being againe nominated or appointed a Comissioner whilst his Interest doth remaine
