  "text": "In this Part—\n“article 8 functions” has the meaning given by article 7(2)(b);\n“the Implementation Executive” means the committee established (whether before or after the coming into force of this Order) for the purposes of article 7(4);\n“the main transitional function” has the meaning given by article 7(1); and\n“the Mayor” means the person who is for the time being the Mayor of Bedford.",
