# The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (England) Order 2006, Article 15: Exemptions

Extent: E+W+S

The Secretary of State may by licence exempt any person who is involved in research into, or in any course of training relating to, pests or diseases affecting bees from any of the provisions of this Order, apart from the provisions of article 11.
