# The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Scotland) Order 2007, Article 18: Authorised persons

An authorised person incurs no civil or criminal liability for anything which the authorised person does in purported exercise of any functions conferred on the authorised person by this Order where the authorised person acts on reasonable grounds and in good faith.
