# The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Scotland) Order 2007, Article 19: Exemptions

The Scottish Ministers may by licence exempt any person who is involved in research into, or in any course of training relating to, pests or diseases affecting bees from any of the provisions of this Order, except the provisions of article 11.
