# The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Wales) Order 2006, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W

An authorised person may serve on the owner or occupier of any premises on which a hive found to have been exposed to infection is situated a notice complying with article 9, requiring the treatment in accordance with the notice, of the soil surrounding the hive.
