  "text": "Animals\nMade 24th September 2013\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 26th September 2013\nComing into force 1st January 2014\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14ZC of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 26(4A) of that Act they have consulted Scottish Natural Heritage and any other person appearing to them to have an interest in the making of the Order.",
