# The Bee Keeping (Colonsay and Oronsay) Order 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 26th September 2013
Coming into force 1st January 2014
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14ZC of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 26(4A) of that Act they have consulted Scottish Natural Heritage and any other person appearing to them to have an interest in the making of the Order.
