  "text": "Agriculture, Wales\nMade 15 November 2018\nLaid before the National Assembly for Wales 16 November 2018\nComing into force 7 December 2018\nThe Welsh Ministers are designated for the purposes of making regulations under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures in respect of food (including drink) including the primary production of food.\nThe Welsh Ministers have carried out an open and transparent public consultation as required by Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety, and make these Regulations in exercise of the powers in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.",
