  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Beef (Emergency Control) Order 1996 to enable meat from bovine animals with more than one pair of incisors to be sold if the animal can be shown by reference to a national administrative document to be no more than two years and six months old. It also clarifies the dentition criterion.\nThis Order does not impose any burdens on business and therefore no Compliance Cost Assessment has been produced.",
