  "text": "The Beef (Emergency Control) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 shall be amended by—\n(a) inserting after Article 2(2), the following paragraph—\n“(3) The provision in paragraph (1) shall not apply to meat from a bovine animal that was born, reared and slaughtered in any of the countries specified in the Schedule.”;\n(b) at the end inserting the following Schedule—\n“SCHEDULE\nCountries Exempted from Article 2(1)\nArticle 2(3)\nArgentina\nAustralia\nBotswana\nBrazil\nMauritius\nNamibia\nNew Zealand\nParaguay\nPoland\nSouth Africa\nSwaziland\nUruguay\nUnited States of America\nZimbabwe”.",
