  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Beef (Emergency Control) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 29th March 1996.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the 1991 Order” means the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991; and\n“meat” means any part of the carcase of an animal intended for human consumption.",
