Regulation 3 Enforcement of the Commission Regulation

(1)

Any person who fails to comply with Article 2, Article 3.1 or Article 3.4 of the Commission Regulation shall be guilty of an offence.

(2)

The Minister shall be the competent authority for the purposes of Article 3 of the Commission Regulation.
